Do you want to delete the rom? or do you want to erase the EEprom? How can you obtain an overview of the memory concept of SIMATIC S7-300 CPUs and C7 devices?

If you want with accessible node, open the SIMATIC Manager and go to PLC/Display Accessible Nodes open the view of the blocks Accessible Nodes / MPI = .../Blocks" (click on "+") and here you should see if your blocks are stored in EEPROM or RAM

I understand that you can't write in English verry well, but you can write in example the partnumber of your CPU and Memory card, or take a picture of it. That way we know what memorycard you have and give advice how to handle these cards. copy, delete, write. Regards, Marcjan

That one behaves a little different than the new ones without battery an MMC.
