frozen SCADA

Ljuba Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts & Members... 1.It is single user configuration. On random time events SCADA is frozen, and that state is active 60 sec, but PC remain unfrozen . Can anyone solve my problem? 2. Do I need some WinCC patch for dual core CPU (its not related to previous question)? THNKS in advance!

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, There's a patch for v6.2 + dual core. If you're using this configuration install the patch and see is the problem persists. If it does: You said only WinCC freezes. is it a communication freeze, or does all of runtime freeze? What's your OS? Are there any other Siemens software on that computer, and under which versions? Is there anything in your logs, and can you post them here? Also.. check this out. Best regards, Danielle

Ljuba Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	Danielle, Considering WinCC Patch, it's for some future projects, it's not related to frosen SCADA, so, if I have dual core processor I must Have WinCC v6.2 and dual core patch (e.g. WinCC v 6.0 SP2 is out of the picture)? SCADA issue we have Industrial Data Bridge (SQL query), WinCC V6.0 SP2, And Simatic NET Thank you both for your replies

Take a look at these posts: 1, 2 and 3, for the freezing problem. About access violation error. And about access violation and invalid_handle. Best regards, Danielle
