I make this actions again and agin removing and insterting the CU but the same issues the ready led stay in orange color. we make a full cleaning to the CU, we are sure that its inserted correctly but with no result. So I can't go en line with The Drive, because its BUSY . Please what can I do to fix that ? and what can i check ? or maybe the CU is damaged. pls see the attachement below Thank you AttachmentCU-240E-DP.zip (605 Downloads) |

Could you solve this? After a Power OFF and a Power ON of drives panel. We have same problem (CU BUSY) for two CU250S-2PN. On some other thread they say it could be the BOP-2 Operator panel. However, removing the BOP-2 didn't work for us. There is another solution on hardware manual chapter 8.4 - If the converter no longer responds (power off and power on several times) in order boot to the CU with factory parameters. But that didn't work also. We temporary replaced the CU from other drives that we don't use at the moment. Drives are working for now. Seems to be the CU. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated to fix the faulty CU. We are don't have any spares. AttachmentCU BUSY fault.pdf (664 Downloads) |
