G120 PM250 Failure

we are also facing the same issue of failing PM250-2.

Total 3 drives has been failed. 

1st failed at the time of power restoration after Motor PM job and supply isolation.

2nd drive failed exactly 1 month after the 1st drive failure. and the failure occurrence was the same as the 1st drive. smoke came out after power restoration.

after around 45 Days 3rd  drive has been failed. This time the drive failed in an ideal power on condition. No supply  isolation and restoration. Even no motoring was running. The drive was in an ideal condition . Two incoming fuse was blown out and burning smell coming from drive. 

There another two drive panel very next to this panel. And both the drives are same model PM250. Also the source of this two panels are the same as our drive panel source. we did not face any problem in this two panels.

I don't know what to do for the problem resolution.
