G120X error 8502 "duration of the strobe pulse is exceeded"

We have about 100 frequency converters of the G120X series on vent installations. They are controlled remotely via profinet (optics+wires) from two PLCs of the 400 series. After the launch of the plant, everything went well, but gradually the error  8502 "duration of the strobe pulse is exceeded"  began to occur on different machines, and the further, the more often. Please tell me what this error means in general and what can be done about it? (it seems to me that this is a bug of the FC)

SINAMICS G120X converter (siemens.com) in that manual, it states that fault 8502 is a problem with the profinet connection which requires the drive to be power cycled so it can try to restore connection with the PN master.

It may be that one or both of the S7-400 PLCs is overloaded and drops drives offline when it can no longer keep up.

It may be there is a problem with one or more of the PN connections, which would mean checking fault and status logs in the profinet switches used to coordinate all the communications between the drives and the PLCs.

It might mean there is an intermittent interference with the communications signal because of routing of the wires (not so much for the optics).
