SINAMICS G120X converter (siemens.com) in that manual, it states that fault 8502 is a problem with the profinet connection which requires the drive to be power cycled so it can try to restore connection with the PN master. It may be that one or both of the S7-400 PLCs is overloaded and drops drives offline when it can no longer keep up. It may be there is a problem with one or more of the PN connections, which would mean checking fault and status logs in the profinet switches used to coordinate all the communications between the drives and the PLCs. It might mean there is an intermittent interference with the communications signal because of routing of the wires (not so much for the optics).
