Hello, can someone help on this matter. I have pulled data from 2 power meter (Siemens PAC3220) in IOT 2050 through Modbus TCPIP. All the data successfully pull from the device almost 3 month already, but last week (Thursday) it stop pulling the data from both power meter. It show modbus not active, but polling. After restart the flow, it resume pulling the data. But today , it happen again it stop pulling both power meter values. I will share the syslog below. Btw, Is there any way we can check log file from power meter? Best regards! Attachmentmodbus-syslog.txt (271 Downloads) |

Hi, I think there is no out-of-the-box solution how to check whether data is received or not. You could add some logic to your flow, that checks the data and when there is no new data in the expected cycle, it give you a message (for example). I don't know why the communication stops sometimes, but this could be a good point for a new issue against the modbus node, maybe the developers of the node can say more. I found a node especially for SENTRON PACs, maybe you can test this as well. Best regards! |
Not working for IOT2050 support anymore from March 1st, 2024. |
