Global Script dies periodically

There's a problem with WinCC 6.0project: after some time of work, or after some event (don't know exactly) script.exe falls out, script runtime dies and all the actionsrefuse towork. Theother Runtimesgo on working as if nothing happened.
What can be the reasons for such behaviour, and howthis problemcan be fixed?

So, the diagnose tools remain silent when the problem occurs. Only the script.log file contains messages like this:
