Go online with S5 program

 when i am trying to go online with my S5 program. I just bought a new laptop which doesn't provide me a com/serial port but USB port. So i bought a usb to com/serial converter. Since then i kept on having this problem.

is there any way out to connect from pg m3 to plc with pc tty cable and rs232 to usb convertor

you need to look for USB to TTY converter. In former times there was a German company who provided such devices. But nowadays?

Probably difficult.
