Graph, PDiag and ProAgent Diagnostics Help

samsy Advanced Member Joined: 5/11/2006 Last visit: 1/29/2023 Posts: 43 Rating: (1)	I'm currently running a C7 with S7 Graph and PDiag diagnostics programmed on Protool with ProAgent. I'm trying to upgrade the HMI to a TP270 programmed in Wincc Flex. I've managed to migrate the protool project and incorperate the standard ProAgent screens into the project. I've intergrated the project into the Step 7 project OK. The problem I'm having is that when I go into the ProAgent page on WinCC flex the screen is blank and says no diagnostic data for this device. I've tried recompiling PDiag and some of the Graphs but they still dont show up. Any ideas? Thanks, Graeme.

Notes: For ProAgent you need WinCC flexible SP1and HF3 At this time it gives the HF5! => http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24104401 After then, if you open a new project, then you should have the "Diagnostic" folder. Jamie_Patrick12 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi I recently had the same issue after I created a multi project diagnostics did not work, and had the same "no diagnostics for this device". I think it maybe a bug on winCC all I did to rectify was save and download my S7 project again and then close all windows open wincc back and then it was ok, Peharps try this more than once. Regards
