Hi, You have not configured the "Mode" I/O on the output driver block --> The block is called "3" in your program. Set the mode to value "8000FFFE" and it should solve the error. Normally when generating module drivers, the Mode is set automatically according the type of I/O you use and the signal type(4-20mA, 0-10V etc.). It could be you have not connected an I/O address to the block or you don't have the output address configured in an I/O module in the hardware configuration or you are using a not released module type. In that case, the mode is not connected automatically, so you have to set the mode manually. Please note: I see that you are using the Feedback run signal to "StartAuto" of the MotL block as well as FbkRun. Normally, the StartAut is set by CFC or SFC logic in order to start the motor automatically. The feedback run signal is only connected to FbkRun. |

Hi, you have to check the online hardware configuration and plc diagnostics to check were the problem is coming from. Couls be the signal is switched ( plus and min) or overvoltage or something else. The driver block only reports that there is something wrong with the signal. |
