Arnis Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi. I'm trying to find a gsd file for a simeas P50 power meter. I've tried searching on this forum and on the power transmission and distribution page, but no luck. Arnis Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	I just found a link to a newer gsd file on a german siemens page. http://www.powerquality.de/pq_da/html_nav/ind_dev_d.htm Could not find anything on the english siemens page. dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 9/26/2023 Posts: 12153 Rating: (2624)	Hello Arnis; This is from the readme file in your zip: this GSD file for the SIMEAS P with IO-modules (7KG7610-0xx0x-0xx0 and 7KG7660-0xx0x-0xx0) The gds file reports the same part number structure, and gives Profibus slave modules of different length (probably for different I/Os attached to the Simeas-P). I would check the part number of your Simeas P50 before using it in your bus. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

Could you help me? Actually i'm using SIMEAS P IO V03.10 in Hd configuration but i can not see the device when i go on line. It dipends from the configuration or i have to check better the connections? thank you all in advance.

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (411)	Hello, did you already configure the Slave in HW Config? If you did not configure the Slave in the HW Config of the DP Master you can not see the Slave. If you configured the Slave did you crosscheck if the PROFIBUS address used in the project is the same as it is configured at the SIMEAS P? The Readme-File mentions that you need an OB 85 and 86 in the project... I do not think if this is the problem... but maybe worth a try. Is the DP Master showing a BF? The version 3.10 you use seems to be at least the latest one. Best regards J_Bell

What do you mean for to configure the slave DP?
