Hello Serkan; A list of modules available for SWR projects is available in the manual for Software Redundancy (section 6.9," Modules that support suoftware redundancy") https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1137637 As far as SMs (signal modules) are concerned, the manual states simply that all available modules for ET 200M installationcan be used with SWR (see the screenshot below). This requires an redundant IM 153-2 installation, with active bus modules and special redundancy mounting rail. So: SIMATIC ET 200M distributed I/O device HART analog modules https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/22063748 HART analog input module SM 331; AI 8 x 0/4...20mA HART (6ES7331-7TF01-0AB0) HART analog output module SM 332; AO 8 x 0/4...20mA HART (6ES7332-8TF01-0AB0) Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

The attached illustration shows S7-400H. I couldn't find a sample anywhere with s7300 soft redundancy. |

Thank you for your quick response, Dear Mr. Daniel Chartier; I have one last question. I'm preparing an electrical project. Do you see an error in the attached configuration? Especially in the placement of Rack2 hart modules? Not: The sensors will be Khrone brand. Best Regards. AttachmentRack.pdf (276 Downloads) |

Hello Serkan; I can only discuss my own experience, and I have only done HART with Siemens processors with the point-to-point analog input or output modules (the ones described in an earlier post). Now it seems that there is a possibility of connecting HART multiplexers directly to PDM, using the following optional license: https://www.automation.siemens.com/sc-static/catalogs/catalog/pi/FI01/en/FI01_en_kap08.pdf SIMATIC PDM HART Server V9.1 For using HART multiplexers as well as for configuration of wireless HART field devices 6 languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese), software class A, runs with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB 64-bit or Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition 64-bit (see SIMATIC PDM V9.1 Readme for latest information), floating license for 1 user Without SIMATIC PCS 7/SIMATIC PDM Software Media Package • Goods delivery License key on USB flash drive and certificate of license 6ES7658-3EX68-2YB5 • Online delivery License key download and online certificate of license Note: Email address required! 6ES7658-3EX68-2YH5 Here is a link to the PDM v9.1 readme file: Simatic PDM Readme v9.1 Update 2(online)- Siemens AG You may be interested in the fact that there is no information about HART redundancy in any document i have looked at in relation to HART multiplexers. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
