Having trouble loading a program from a SD card to the LOGO

Hello All

I am having trouble loading a program from a sd card  to the logo. I am using the correct update software, the card is already formatted, I am using the file LOGO_U_P.BIN . I put the card in with logo off and then with the logo on, still it will not see the program. Once it load half a program in to the logo but since then nothing will load in. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong I have read and acted on the posts in the forum but nothing has worked for me so far.

Iam using LCS V8.1 I updated from LSC V8. The logo is 230RCE so when I read that it needed to LSC 8.1 I updated the software.The sd card is formatted to Fat32.On selecting hardware I made sure it was on the correct version for the logo as well as the update.
