Help pls, Compile Error problem

HI there,

very new to TIA v13, trying to set up winCC rt professional. I think most is ok however getting a message when I compile 'Creation of runtime project failed. There is no access to the database CC_HMI_5FB1_***etc'

the goto arrow is highlighted but doesn't go anywhere?

Do you use another Windows User than you use to install the TIA Portal withWinCC Professional?

It sounds that you do not have the right permissions to access the WinCC SQL Database instance.

Look if you are member of the TIA System Engineer Group or try to use the WIndows User of the TIA Installation

I´m having the same problem when I'm trying to compile my project. Did anyone get to solve this problem?.

I´m using WinCC professional v13 SP1 and I allready installed UPD9.

I also cheked CCDBUtils, CCEClient,CCEServer,CCRemoteSerivce and SCSMonitor services and deleting IM folder but I can't compile.

Can anyone help me?

1. push "windows+R",then the  'run' window jump

2.input    reset_wincc.vbs   ,then push 'Enter'.

3.watting, Restart tia portal V13 and compile the project again after 'ready' jump out

 Hello AutoGen! Thank you! This worked well with my issue! Along with restarting the CCDBUtils services. I have closed first my TIA POrtal run the instructions above until step 2 first. Then i open the TIA Portal i clicked compile and when it started that's when i clicked the ready.

When version HMI is 13.0.0.0, not error but have  notification

Version HMI is 13.0.1.0,  an error is reported

" Creation of runtime project failed. There is no access to the database CC_HMI_5FB1 "

i have followed instruction of Auto_gen but problem isn't solved.

Hello, I have the same problem. TIA portal V14 SP1 upd3.

I can solve it by running the TIA portal as administrator. Right click TIA portal V14 icon, choose run as administrator. After startup TIA portal, open project and compile.

(there is no need to start CCDBUtils, it is started during compiling in TIA portal.)
