Help with Istack error

The manual says:

STS =

- Software stop by statement (STP, STS)
- STOP request from programmer
- Stop request from SINEC L1 master

In my opinion, one of the OBs for handling of programming errors or PLC error is called. In the currently activated OB then contains the STOP statement. 

OBs for handling programming errors and PLC faults

OB19 = When a block is called which has not been loaded
OB23 = Time-out during individual access to the S5 bus (e.g. LPB, LIR, etc.)
OB24 = Time-out during update of the process image and the interprocessor communication flags
OB27 = Substitution error
OB32 = Transfer errors in DB or with GDB operation
OB34 = Battery failure

What software used to read the ISTACK?
It is not the Siemens STEP5, right?

Please tell us what S5 is in using?

for istak i use pg 2000 plc v5.1 

and in bstack when i go is empty....

And ISTACK is only one page?

1st istak problem is :

BATPUF - i see backup bat ok;

STOPZUS- i saw in manual "stop"

STOANZ

and

ASPNEP - saw memory submodule
