I am trying to find the manual of this drive but was not able to. Can someone help me out? One of our customers has this drive and they complain after power restart the drives gives a fault F009 which I searched I couldn't find. The only way they can recover the fault is removing and reinserting the Profibus connectors. Can someone help me out

Graeme Platinum Expert Joined: 6/4/2008 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 1505 Rating: (326)	Hi, F009 is not a valid fault code, they are confusing this with the drive status - o009 The manual for this drive can be downloaded here: Masterdrives MC Compendium <V2.x By removing the profibus connector, they will be creating a load more faults anyway, which will need to be acknowledged. Has anything changed AT ALL with their machine? I am assuming this is a new issue. By reinitialising Comms, perhaps a disrupted sequence is being reset, but it's too broad a symptom to comment much more. Regards, Graeme
