Hello Kasper, Could we have some more information please? I assume you mean the IOT2050 Advanced and definitely not the IOT2040 when you say "IOT2000 board". With that assumption, let's take a look at the ARM CPU used, "TI SOC AM6548 HS", as one of the limiting factors. But just to talk about taking less than 100us, we need a better understanding of your whole use case. In general one could say that just putting another Arduino Uno compatible hardware will not solve the problem - we need the whole information chain starting with your way of talking to the GPIO aka your programming itself.
