Hi, You should make sure that the server that you are trying to connect to supports SMB 3.0. You can do this by connecting your Windows PC to the share and running the Get-SmbConnection PowerShell command. Your screenshot shows that you are using a domain logon to authenticate to the share. Using a domain controller usually requires a working DNS configuration. Do you have a reachable DNS server configured on your device? Kind regards |

No, I think i don’t have a DNS server configured on my device , how to activate the server in my device ? If i wouldn´t use a domain user, the connection would work without any configuration from device side ? Regards, MD |

Hi MD, To configure a name server, go to "Network and Internet > Network settings > PN-X2" in the Control Panel. However, the name server requires an active connection on the X2 interface to work, even if the name server is accessed through the X1 interface. Using a local user on the computer providing the network share reduces the configuration effort on the panel. However, configuring the parameters for the shared folder always requires some changes on the device. Kind regards |
