Hey I've same problem too! in my case I have cartesian portal robot with 5 axes ( X1,X2(slave), Y, Z1,Z2(Slave)). As hardware CU320 2PN DP and all of encoders are absolute encoders and I've also 3 external encoders via SMC30 sensör modul transmit data to control unit!. I'm homing every time when power off and on or when cpu stop and start.
