Hi Murof Yes, I saw and read this article, but I would not like to use the TMAIL_C function because it defeats my purpose, which is direct writing to FTP.I'm still thinking about using the FTP_CLient/Server or FTP1X00CMD functions. What do you think about this solution? |

If I understand clearly, your goal is to log any data and do a daily transfer on FTP server (simply: backup this datalogs somewhere in cheap and simply way) I have now same problem and I have found same solutions. In my opinion, don't use SD card for saving big data repeatedly. Simatic SD is not cheap stuff... I want to use FTP server on RPi or NanoPi. FTPserver based on vsftpd (there is lot of manuals for setup). During day you will log data in DB and then, using LFTP library, you save this data in correct way where you need. Other good solution is useConPLC by marvin-mangold, but it depends on your application. |
