how fast can siemens digital input card SM321 take

Dear all, Does anyone know how fast can SM321 respones to an input signal? The input signal can be in mili-seconds or micro-seconds. Thanks in advance! |

Hello, Some cheaper modules supports 1.2 ms to 4.8 ms and high speed modules supports 25 us to 75 us.
