Hello! I'm electrical engineer student from hungary and I work on my final exam, and I have some issuses inconnection with the Unified server. I would appreciate, If you could help me, because this is one of part of my final exam at the universiyt, so it's very important for me. I can acces to the server with any PC, and I can log in also. It works fine. Althought I've problem with acces with smart phone/tab (Iphone 7/Samsung Tab 4) to the server. I've tried everything what offers the internet, but on the Iphone 7- after I clik the Unified RT, I get a grey screen. On the tablet "The website is not available" is writen on the sreen. I can't acces to the server. Well, I can't set the IP in my Unified Configurator,as you see below the picture. I hope you can help me, here or via private. Hi, you probably tried to update the PC Runtime. I guess you don't have that installed and work with the Engineering Software/Simulation alone. You need to Update your TIA Portal Step7/WinCC. Take a look here: Updates for STEP 7 V16, S7-PLCSIM V16 and WinCC V16 Best regards |
