How to change laugauge of temporary liabrary in my documents?

Hello,

Whenever I click on hyperlinks in application example documents to oepn related manual, it gets onpened, in my document, in temporary liabrary in GERMAN langauge. In my documents I have set default English langauge. Even if I tried to change temorary liabrary langague as English, the opened manual doesnot get open in English.

How to overcome this?

Could you check what settings are in your download page for the manuals , when you are doing a download?

Look at the attached screenshot, when I search for a document I make sure that the Country setting is set to "Industry Online Support International", so that the language selections for the entry and accompanying document are maximized. I have noticed that if you select a specific country as origin of support, the language choices may be curtailed. Could that be an issue for you, or am I completely out of the picture here?

If so, please provide us with some screenshot on your part, detailing the issue you are facing.

do you mean the documents within the Product Support?

The behavior is an old known issue. The answer from the colleagues was as follows:

Support Industry Online Support Management

When opening the webpage the language is usually not randomly chosen.
Normally the language is determined by the browser language. We know that there are always issues.
Unfortunately we have not been able to find out the cause, because the issue is very sporadic and can not be reproduced.

We can only recommend to adjust the language of the page manually when the problem occurs.

Thanks for the reply. 

I am talking about documents mentioned in application example, where in for more detail information, manual hyperlinks are provided. When the iink is clicked, it opens in My document in temeporary folder & default langauge of document is German. It can not be changed. 

But any way the reply from Jen_Moderator is quite clear & let us hope this problem would be resolved.
