How to configure HART communication using ET200m module

Asanga Regular Member Joined: 2/5/2009 Last visit: 10/20/2024 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I'm using CPU 315-2PN/DP, ET200m (6ES7-153-2BA02-0XB0), analog module(6Es7-331-7TF01-0AB0)& HART field device Yokogawa Vortex Flow convertor(DYA-E-x-D/ MV). I have to configure this to take Flow rate, Totalizer & Temperature data using 4-20mA HART communication on mono drop mode. I need to know , is Simatic PDM software compulsory for this configuration ? Any body please help me to configure this communication, step by step & if you have any sample program please be kind enough to send me. Regards, Asanga

If you want to parametrize your sensor(s) I don't know any other choice than PDM. For examples pls check manual and faq regarding your analog module. Good luck
