How to connect the frequency signal in S7-1200 PLC?

Hello everyone, 

I am working with a turbine type flow meter which output is 2 wire in frequency.  Need help how to connect the frequency signal in s7 1200 PLC and also guide where to connect so that I can get the flow rate of liquid.

That wires give you pulses per litre and you need to connect it to high speed inputs if is fast and to normal inputs if frequency of signals are low (more than 2ms between each pulse).

That's what I think by what you said about flow meter and your experience.

flow meter totalizer can be programmed by means of HSC or high speed counting pulses 

these channels can be set to totalize the flow rate by a certain time like encoder signal , proximity sensor in case of speed and frequency measurements  also you can use it for position control

 actually that flow meter give a frequency in hz from 0 to 390 hz where we calculate (0 liter per hour to 34000 liters per hour). but when i connect it in s7 1200 in hsc mode with frequency mode with two phase it not match with the frequency that is generated by the flow meter.

even i try in counting the number of pulse generate by flow meter it also not give a desire value.

The description you give is not helpful. Two wires might be RS485 for all we know. You need to study the documentation of the flow meter. Then describe what those two wires are. Also note the voltages. Someone can then follow up from there.
