I having the backup file with .PSB file format . and this format  is TP270 hmi. Now my problem is i want HMI file format of this backup.how to i convert the backup,using wincc flexible software

what exactly you mean?

Which tags you will see?

Normaly you should use the Engineering project to see which tags are used and modify them, then compile and download.

This is not possible with a psb file! you need the origin project , or you create a new one.
