How to copy only HMI_RT_1 from another project

Issue- I have one project which successfully compiled the IPC 477D. I wish to use already developed HMI_RT_1  in another project. Is it possible ? How to do this? I tried to copy screens, tags, communication details etc. But it resulted in compilation error.

using libraries could help, I heard once from a colleague.
But I have to say, that I didn't tried this before for myself.

You could create a global libray out of your project and then use the created library in your new project.

open TIA portal twice - first with the existing HMI_RT_1 and the second with the new project.

Then right click on HMI_RT_1 > copy.

Go to second and paste to the project.

Another option would be to copy the whole existing project and replace resp. delete the other devices.
