!E7CM06.0052 is virtual address of some input of ET200 =31SX002.M61 (IM153-1 with address 6).

 Sir, I want to know how to describe new connection if I want to add on that ET new AI card what should be my address??  

And why only E7 is used???

In HWConfig insert new AI module, parametrize it as required. In CFC insert e.g. NOP_I FB. At its input right-click and select Interconnection to address, select virtual connection, in drop-down list select E7CM06, in lower field enter the number of virtual connection. This number must be higher than the max. used in your program. If you have !E7CM06.0056 as the max. number, then enter 0057.

E7CM06 is used for slave with address 6, because this virtual name is defined at CRR output of CRV FB. 

 Sir, how the system know that 0057 is analog input channel 1. In HW configuration I found that I address is differ that this. Please explain in brief sir. 

And if I add 0070 in place of 0057 so how system know that the it is a new analog channels?

Your ET station have DI32 (4 bytes) and AI8 (16 bytes) as inputs.

2xDO32 (2x4bytes) and AO4 (8 bytes) as outputs.

In CFC you can configure all this, e.g.

1. Reading

!E7CM06.0001 (DI-type) - this will read 4 bytes from DI32

!E7CM06.0002 (I-type) - this will read 1st AI from AI8 module

!E7CM06.0003 (I-type)- this will read 2nd AI from AI8 module, etc.

The numbers may start from any digit and have a gaps, you must control this by yourself. You should check the whole structure of virtual connections.

E.g. if you configure the inputs so:

!E7CM06.0003 (I-type) - this will read first 2 bytes from DI32

!E7CM06.0005 (I-type) - this will read next 2 bytes from DI32

!E7CM06.0009 (I-type) - this will read 1st AI from AI8 module

!E7CM06.0011 (I-type)- this will read 2nd AI from AI8 module, etc. This will read the same inputs if numbers 0,2,4,6,7,8,10 is not used as virtual connections for E7CM06 as inputs.

 

 If 0004,7,8,10 is used as virtual connection from ET panel. So what value show of these connection and what effect can happen in 0003,5,9,11?

In my case I have found that one AI is installed as 0031 and then 0032 is empty after 2nd AI is used in 0051 !
