how to re-load data block start values to the plc ?

I want to reload them. I foundthat a cold restart could do it but didn't found how to make it... With microwin, if you download the datablock again with différent values, it will restart with these values... With TIA and 1200, it keeps using the last retained values as requested buthow do you reload from the begining withany new start values ?Is there another way than a cold restart and if not, where is the menu option to trigger a cold restart to the plc ? If you want to reboot via plc program, there is only an instruction to stop the logic, STP. I have heard of people using external timer relay to remove power from plc for 5 seconds, then turn power back on. You can also create a bit of plc logic that saves the start values, or the current values, or both, and then reload them as needed by an hmi button or remote pushbutton. If you can store important data in the hmi as a recipe, you can simply reload the recipe to the plc as required. Different methods, maybe one will work for you.
