How to rotate EMF object?

Good day!

I use TIA WinCC Professional 14 SP1, operating system: Win 10 Prof x64

I need to place an object onto the screen with 45 deg. rotation.
But TIA graphic editor offers only 90 deg. rotation.
How can I do it?

Ok. Before I used this way:
-- create a new picture in CorelDRAW;
-- do "Save as" and save it to EMF file;
-- drag and drop this EMF file into TIA graphic editor.

Now I have gone another way:
-- I found a suitable objects in the library;
-- drag and drop it into the TIA graphic editor;
-- object placed vertically, while I need to have it rotated 45 deg.;
-- I found this object in file system of my project, its name is "Graphic_1.emf" for example;
-- I put this file in CorelDRAW Technical Suite 2018 and here I see the color of object is totally lost!
Yes, I can rotate it, but there is no meaning to save it as EMF file and try to use it in project -- color information lost!

Probably the object is EMF+ file.
And I could not found any applications to handle it correctly.
Yes, I have tried many ways: Power Point, LibraOffice, etc...

My questions:
1. How can this task be resolved? It is not so rare occasion, and it is quite important for further development.
2. Do Siemens have ideas to add a rotation functionality into the TIA graphic editor? Why, if not?

I know that somebody mentioned a small tool for that purpose.
It must be there: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/106226404 

Look under Simplified Engineering:
"With the aid of the rotation tool (MS Office AddIn), you can create a rotating object from any graphic and use it as a graphic list in your WinCC (TIA Portal) project."

I did not mean dynamic rotation in WinCC Runtime

I was needed to have EMF object rotated and placed it onto the static picture

And now I have found the solution: it needs to use MS Visio for proper handling EMF+ files

Probably this information can be useful for someone

Please put the picture file inside a zip file and attached it here. I would like to see if this vector diagram of yours (EMF+) can be manipulated with the Inkscape application.

Free software Inkscape (inkscape.org) seem to open the file without issue. Possibly there could be some detail missing. For this reason, find attached 3 file candidates where the object was turned 45 degrees.

I used this high tech solutuon: snipping tool, paste in paint, rotate, convert to emf and import emf.
