How to trransfer programs to new PC

Hi;help please urgent!!!

We have a Fadal CNC with Sinumerik 840D and PCU20 that when we bought it was working with ethernet connection but the pc just burn out and now with the new computer i can ping the machine but i do not know how to trransfer programs to it!!

Can you help me out?

The Pc had XP windows and the new one has Windows 7 can it be a problem?
