Hello

I have a question how to use CAX shopping card, wich can we use for downloading EPLAN macros, drawings... etc. I have done this several times but ewery time i get a .csv file (for EPLAN macros)
with text

Product number;06_EPLAN-Macro;
6ES72141AE300XB0;No picture of the type EPLAN_macro for the product 6ES72141AE300XB0 found.; Where emI doing wrong?

Tried to download the CAX date of the CPU from the pages of the product support from here: 6ES7214-1AE30-0XB0 CPU 1214C 14DI/10DO/2AI As attachment, you will find the result. Is this helpful?
