HT2 mit 840D sl - keine Reaktion auf Tastendruck

cncstud Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein kleines Problem bei der Inbetriebnahme des HT2. Generell benötige ich ein paar Informationen zur Projektierung. Die Anschlussbox ist über Ethernet angekoppelt. Gemäß Bedienhandbuch habe ich im OB100 parametriert: BHG := 5 BHGIn := P#M 60.0 BHGOut :=P#M 70.0 BHGStatSend := P#M 80 BHGStatRec :=P#M 90 BHGRecGDNo := 39 (entspricht auch der Dippschalter-Stellung in der Box) BHGRecGBZNo :=39 BHGStop :=FALSE BHGMPI :=FALSE BHGMotSend := FALSE Nach Systemhochlauf erhält das BHG eine IP, die LEDs hören auf zu blinken und die vier Textzeilen erscheinen.Leider erfolgt an der Steuerung keine Reaktion auf einen Tastendruck der vordefinerten Tasten (JOG etc.) am HT2. Mit den frei zu projektierenden Tasten kann ich jedoch z.B. über U M 62.1 = A 11.6 die externe PLC ansprechen. Die Verbindung steht also. Warum erfolgt keine Reaktion bei Tastendruck auf die vordefinierten Tasten? Fehlt mir da ein Baustein? Vielen Dank für jegliche Hilfe!

cncstud Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your anwer! Do I have to call OB100 in OB1? The free configurable keys work fine after booting (for testing) and I got the signal by pressing T1 on HT2 on my external PLC. Best regards

OB100:-Start -up Block Execution once after power on OB1- cyclical program executionOBs are called by the CPU OBs areevent driven meaning when the event occurs CPU will call the relevant OB for processing .Fordifferent events, different OBs are provided. cncstud Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hey, that is also my knowledge. OB100 is called once at (warm-) startup, there are f.e. the definitions for MCP anf BHG. Both are working fine with the except of the predefined keys of the HT2. Maybe in my system there is missing a DB for handling the HT2-signals? Thank you

cncstud Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi, thanks a lot. I could fix the problem and have the HT2 connected with the 840D sl. I had to change settings in OB1 and add FC68, FC69 and DB69 to my project. Additionally I had to do some settings in the MDs. Thanks for your help! Best regards
