IM 151 CPU7 problem

m.shakshoki1 Advanced Member Joined: 10/22/2011 Last visit: 8/23/2024 Posts: 43 Rating: (0)	Dears we have IM151 CPU-7 connected with SIMOTION D these days the ET200S didn't start the SF & STOP LED is lights , we've tried to connect with PG but unfortunately we couldn't do that we got message on SIMATIC Manager ( no other active partner can be found ) in spite of changed the boudrate and the address of MPI , also we tried to coonect with profibus via CP 5611 but we couldn't Can any one guide us to solve this problem ? Thanks & regards hello your CPU STOP LED is steady ON or Flashing ?? if Flashing STOP LED then Memory Reset CPU And Wait for the STOP Led Steady ON After that Try to Communicate with PLC. Chance to Crash the MMC Card.. Or insert New MMC Card & Try to communicate with PLC. Regards KIRTI PATEL

You have to erase its content using Promer and then reload the program on it once again. Why must you never remove a memory card when the S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500 CPU is in operation (RUN)?

Do you mean that If we poweredup a CPU without inserting the MMC, it will deffect the CPU?
