Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (264)	No, these modules are insufficient. You need at least 1 PM-E module and backplane modules (called terminal modules as far i remember). Please mention you need 2 different types of terminal modules - one type for signal module, another for power diagnostics module (PM-E). Other things you know better - for example if you used fast counting module of CPU313C or Profibus interface or something else - i don't know

If not, then how can i configure IM 151-8 in simatic manager and what are the basic things require to download the program. and basic things require to communicate with TP177-b using profibus. ET200s means?whether its a separate hardware ? please guide me. Regards krk

Have you seen this Thread: /tf/WW/en/Posts/33504 Here it's explained how to configure IM151-8 CPU in Simatic Manager. If you want to communicate with TP177-B using Profibus, you need a Profibus Master module next to IM151-8 CPU. What conditions do you have to comply with when configuring ET 200S modules?
