here is why you have error--check link, he had same problem as yours.

so try to add "S7 Program" in your project(SIMATIC Manager), and upload PLC program only. NOT upload station to PG.

Also if you have PCU50, you can back up Whole PLC system(Program + HW config.) to HD of PCU50.

When i upload the plc  program using simatic manager their comes an error (Here i attached that)  And other thing is not come signal to terminal 48 in simodrive 611 , But their not indicate Device not ready to
operate, enable indicator bulb  (T.63, 64 or 48 missing) . When i give 24 v signal to terminal 48 device ready bulb indicate in yellow .

 The last picture showing you tried as I told you--your Power Supply Module is good. That is only I can help you. As Here is Siemens technical forum , I don't know what is 3 devices on the right side of 810D, they have name "LUST", it must be some special thing I don't know.

So contact your m/c builder to help you--check Google for their contact info. I think they have services station in Taiwan .

 I am not sure, as I don't have detail information. from you post info. --you said you already download back up data to 810D, the problem is still there. I don't know the story of your m/c and no idea about you back up data is good or no.and I did not see detail alarms about drives

apart from calling help from m/c builder

I can give your a little suggestion--

#1--if you have power supply module in stock (you have 5/10KW PS), just replace to test, even I think it is good.

#2--You never told me the story of your m/c, it is an 2nd hand m/c you bought from other , you just want to make it running. or m/c running good for years, and something happen in last week making your m/c down--if it is later, you should check which is possible hardware defective cause the system alarms.

as it seems a special config. m/c I never know it. only yourself can check it.--try to fing out maintenance books. and call m/c builder.

Thank uou veru much . Again thank you for ur advices and help . I again got NCK and PLC backups from machine supplier and full memory reset and dowanloaded them .   SF gone .... Now machine is work .

You know some times it is very simple, like I answer you 1st time--download Back up data--the problem is you should be sure the data is good.--you know, from you pic's I did not see any hard ware defective alarms.
