Install hardware updates

Jasner Experienced Member Joined: 6/10/2008 Last visit: 9/15/2023 Posts: 158 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have following version of STEP 7 installed on my Field PG M: STEP7 S7/M7/C7 Version V5.4 Revision Level: V5.4.0.0 No I have recieved a project for our new plant when I tried to pen, there is a quotation mark instead of CPU (which is 314). Now, I know that I need to perfrom hardware update of my software but I cannot provide intenet connection to my PG. I have direct internet link from other computer at work. Can I download updates, and transfer them to my PG and then install? If the answer is yes, can you please provide a link where I can download updates? I coudn't find it. Thanks

And you can down load hardware updates. Then you can install it to your PG. OR if you can connect your PG directly to Internet then you can update it from Internet so easily. See the attachment. Could you please help me to get this HARDWARE UPDATE in afile or compress file ? because my notebook can not connect to the internet. STEP 7 Hardware Support Packages (HSPs - Stand: 11/2008) Please consider that the first version of STEP7 that could use the HSP is STEP7 V5.2 If you have an older version then it is not possible to read in the HSP ! When you have a newer version then it is also not possible to read in all HSP's, when there is a need for a version to program the hardware then it is not possible, see also the pdf's that you can download from the same url.
