I try to install TIA PORTAL V12 on a FIELD PG M3 with Windows 7 Ultimate. During the instalation appears the next message: Lea nuestra declaración de privacidad en línea: Si la declaración de privacidad en línea no está disponible, lea la declaración de privacidad sin conexión: |

My apologies asSpanish is not a language I understand. Google translate says the above module had a problem installing. In my experience, Siemens software is very language centric towards German first, English second, and every other language seems to have problems (at least at first). If you have the ability to create another profile, and set the default language to english for that profile, you may have better luck performing the installation successfully. Just be sure to add the following language support to your install if it asks: German, English, Spanish Once you get it installed, you should then be able to open your spanish native profile and access the portal software. In the meantime, you will want to perform an uninstall just to be sure the next install works. If you feel the above is not possible or worth trying, you can always submit a Support Request |

Since you have done all the difficult things to try (language related) and verified your hardware and software meet the requirements for V12 (which appear to be twice that of V11 for minimum memory), it is time to submit a Support Request It might be something on your system already has an older version of .net framework and needs updates or repair, but that really is a good thing to escalate so they [Siemens] can patch their install process to handle the problem [whatever it turns out to be] better. |

Thank, Cicero. I'll try to repair the .net framework. |
