Interlock & Permission button disable in OS

Hi Expert,

I have problem with Interlock & permission buttons remains disable in my operating station(all other buttons like start,stop,auto & manual is working), but it works in my engineering station. Both ES and OS having same software PCS7 v9.0 sp1 with same language installed( English united state). I run OS project editor on os but the problem is still same.

Please help me to solve this problem..

I faced this problem before. The issue might relate to server data. If you try to configure a server-client configuration / single OS configuration, it will work.

Did you assign OS Server in your Client OS and download to the Target Station?

So now you are operating at "Pm3-OS1" this station and the button is still disabled? A screenshot on this station faceplate will be good.

 Yes  we are operating on Pm3-OS1 and the buttons are still disabled. Please find the attached screenshots.

Can you do the following

1. a full OS Compilation 

2. then reassign the OS Server data for OS Client, and

3. do a OS Client download again?

I complied all OS, Reassign the OS server data for client and then download the OS in client , but problem remains same.

We configure 1 ES/OS with 2 reference OS in project, so we are not using server client configuration.
