Inverter doesnt run and show the Alarm 07409

 I have the exactly some problem, but when i set P1300 = 20 (Sensorless Vector) my inverter doesnt run and show the Alarm 07409 - overcurrent. I try chance some parameters but the warning doesnt show off and dont let me start the inverter. Some recomendation ?

OK, let us make some guesses

1/. You are using Sinamics G

2/. You are using a CU230P control (Pump??) - Maybe

3/. You are not using a drive with a Powerblock - Who knows!!

Okay, some more assumptions:

You are running in control mode V/F Parabolic

You disable the drive using OFF2 and not OFF1 (Deceleration)

You have enabled the VDC-Max controller

You are not running PID

My recommendation is to run pumps in SLVC mode - P1300 = 20 (Sensorless Vector) for several reasons - The speed regulation is much faster and it is generally more robust.

Also, check that adjacent pumps/valves are not affecting the flow (turbulence etc)

Make sure that when switching the pump OFF, it immediately disables instead of trying to decelerate.

You would only do this if you had a braking resistor for example.
