Is ES software necessary for 3SK2122-1AA10 model safety relay ?

I want to know ES software is necessary for 3SK2122-1AA10 model safety relay ? &

By Hardwiring is enough to control the system or we have to program?

You need to create an user profile at "Siemens Industry Online Support" which can be used to to check export restrictions before download is possible:

Safety ES is also needed for configuring the device;
