Issue with WinPcap software

I have similar problem, but not only with Proneta, but with every software(Portal included) that try to scan my PLC network by MAC.

The problem in my case is I am connecting to site using Helmholz REX250 and his SNAT(Firewall part) bugs out and try to pretend it have PLC IP. Also there are CRC errors. Obviously duplicate IP and CRC errors are not tolerated well and equipment begins to dropout out of network. As soon as I disconnect VPN the problems disappear. 

I think something is not right with WinPcap software that SEARCHoverIP uses or my setup(Router?, Windows?, REX250?). 

By the way, if I disable SEARCHoverIP or uninstall WinPcap the connections(IP) to PLCs are stable.
