Issues with starting the WinCC Runtime

A Reset_WinCC.vbs is definitely not the solution. WinCC RT Professional V17.0 Upd5 OS: Windows Server 2019 Standard The only solution is to delete the project folder and reload WinCC onto the system via ES (Engineering System) again (for a redundant system, this is an increased effort). What is the solution here? Can the error be avoided or resolved more quickly? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from WinCC freeze CCUsrAcv.

Do you already have opend a Service Request at Siemens Support? Does your Runtime works if you disable the "Recipe" in the Runtime Settings in the TIA Portal Project? If yes then there are issues in your userarchive (Recipe) system. check also the system limits in the help system for this , perhpas you have too big data for the User archive Bye Murof

I am using V19 now. WinCC autostart is now finally ignoring the "CCUsrAcv.exe". Short notice: We never used the recipe data. It was never filled. Thank you for your help!
