ktp 600 dp hmi communication

Dear Experts,

    Rite now am using KTP 600 DP hmi . and Sofware :Tia V13. 

  and i want to communicate the hmi to pc . No connection is happening .. Plzz help this support .

 and if needed to download to program means want to set in DIP switch Selection ???

 Please Help this.

which profibus card you use for download?

Is the panel found in accessible nodes in TIA?

is the Panel in Transfer state and the transfersettings set correctly?

Yes the DIP Switch should be in the right position.
