Is it possible to use both Modbus TCP and ProfiNET in the KTP1200 basic panel (in the same time)?

this is not possible probably. Profinet port can be used in your case for S7-1200 connection f.ex. and can't be shared. If your HMI has also RS-422/485 serial port this can be used as MB RTU channel. In case of your MB Server has only TCP protocol, suitable Gateway MB RTU-TCP can be used to solve this problem. Everytime look for first to your HMI order number documentation, system info for proper informations about intefaces, protocols.

Update: to be clear, in case you want use your HMI Profinet port with MB TCP and it support this, you can use that of course, but share that 2 protocols via one Profinet port is not available. You can also simply prepare your cfg in WinCC and there you can create your cfg and see what you can do.
