KTP400 basic pn TIA portal v11, hardware configuration don't show panel

we have KTP400 basic pn. we want to download the program to KTP400 basic color pn using TIA portal v11

installed HSP, but in the hardware configuration selection manue it is not showing COLOR pn.please suggest

you need TIA V11 SP2 to configure the KTP400 Basic Color Panel PN.

Do you have the SP2?

if he had installed the HSP then yes he have SP2.

Which 4"Panels displayed in the catalog.

The Panels from the HSP named "KP400 Basic PN" and "KTP 400 Basic PN" without color in the Name!
