KTP700 panels geometry question

I've got some strange situation: KTP700 panels can not correctly show circles and squares.

Tested on TIA14, TIA15.

Tested on one KTP700DP and two KTP700PN (2nd gen).

did you

- draw the circles and squares from scratch in the KTP700 project or

- did you copy the circles and squares from another project or

- did you change the device after drawing?

Circles and squares are from Toolbox - Basic objects. Properties "Fill Pattern = Transparent" and " Border Width = 2" were changed only to show the figures better.

To make photos, I've developed a new screen in a new project. With new circles and squares.

Photos are made from KTP700DP.

As you can see, in develope environment and in simulation the geometry is well. But in panel runtime the geometry is wrong.

Also this effect one can see on Transfer screen of KTP700: the indicators PROFIBUS and USB are not round, but they must be.

This thing was detected on KTP700PN on another project after download to device. Tested on two KTP700PN panels, on TIA14 and 15, on three different projects, without COPY-PASTE.

Yes, I understand that pixel size is different, but the question is: In case if I need to show circle - what will I say to my customer, who see the ellipse on the KTP screen? "Sorry, but the pixel size..." - sounds poorly, I think.

Surely, I've made corrections: all circles were removed, and ellipses were inserted instead to compensate this effect. Now on KTP screens everything is OK, but in simulation we've got eggs instead or circles...

The first time I'm facing with impossibility to draw a simple circle on HMI device. I think that it is an epic fail of HMI manufacturer.
