Did you find the error? I am having the same problem.
All started when the operator drop the HMI then the touch screen and estop stop working (the runtime was working) so we replaced the HMI after download the backup in the new screen we have not been able to connect with the connection box. Then we replace the connection box set and the Box ID and we still receiving the same message. So far we have tested 3 HMI's (the original and two new) and 3 connection boxes (old and two new). I don't think that the cable is the problem because we can connection with the connection boxes to upload the firmware and configuration files also download the runtime to the HMI without issues. The original run time was v13, we have updated it to v15.1 (also we upgrade the firmware on the HMI to 15.1). Connection boxes info Three of them standard (6AV2125-2AE13-0AX0) Box 1 PS: 05 firmware 5.1.1 Box 2 and 3 (new) PS: 06 firmware: 5.2.2 These firmware are what the web browser tool shows when I connect to the connection box. HMI info HMI KTP900F (6AV2125-2JB23-0AX0) HMI 1 (Old) F. State: 09 Firmware 13 Failsafe Module v1.0.6 HMI 2 (New) F. State:04 Firmware 15.1 Failsafe Module v1.0.9 HMI 1 (New) F. State: 13 Firmware 15.1 Failsafe Module v1.0.9 Important Notes: The application is a Estop evaluated by a safety relay. TIA portal v15.1 The HMI is working with a Rockwell PLC.
