Led LINK & RX/TX

Hi all, I would like to check if the Led of LINK and RX/TX are swithced on/off. I'm trying with the diagnostic block called LED.

First of all I'm a bit confused about the LADDR value: should be 64,65,65 or 50? what's the difference? where can I find exactly this (name of the CPU+∼Common) number?

Anyway I did several tests and it seems that LED 1,2,3 can be read but the retVALUE of led 5,6 (LINK and RX/TX) are 9; means led not found.

How can I supply to this problem?

According to the S7-1200 Manual V4.3/2019 it is not possible to get the data of link and RX/TX from the LED block,
