I am facing one big problem , One of my client has lost the licence key without transferring it,  How can i help him ?   Can i get another key from SIEMENS ?  Is there any way to locate lost key ?

 If you have the license package, you can contact SIEMENS to get your key using  License-No on the package

Normally, you'll be able to recover your licence with valid box and License-No.

The Software Package have DVD/CD + USB stick + Hard Copy License sheet.

Normally the part number and license serial number is printed on the USB stick and also on the hard copy license sheet.

If you lost both and you only have the empty package which don't have any part number, then how could Siemens check that you have already bought that license key?

to recover defective license keys and authorizations respectively. It is only possible to use this function in agreement with Customer Support. Normally you do not need this function.
You will be in contact over the phone with the licensing hotline during the entire recovery procedure.

Please have the following information at hand when you call Customer Support:

For a defective license / authorization

1. Order number (see Certificate of License or Data Medium Designation)
2. Licensing: name of the license key

1. Request code: the code that must be given to the licensing hotline
